Shit (and other words I can no longer say)

The time for my potty-mouth to vanish has arrived. I got longer than I thought - 2 years, 2.5 months of glorious, unfettered swearing. Sadly, Ryan and Matthew have begun parroting me when, without thinking, I drop an s-bomb. They've also begun saying it without hearing it from me first ... and appropriately.

Eric: Ryan, Matthew was playing with that toy.
Ryan: Shit.

Because we don't want to be responsible for bringing white-trash potty-mouths into society, a crackdown on swearing as begun. And who am I kidding? The crackdown is for me, as Eric is pretty good about keeping his profanity to a minimum. To prove our devotion to the cause, I let a "shit" slip from my mouth earlier today ... and Eric put me in time-out. Ryan cried. Such a defender of Mama. ;)
